Ordering from abroad

Do you deliver to the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe? +

We deliver across the European Union from our Barcelona plant. For the UK, which is outside the EU, transport is possible but involves customs formalities — tell us at brief stage so we can factor it into the lead time and the price.

Are there customs duties or import charges? +

Not within the European Union. These are intra-community shipments: no customs, no duties. We invoice under intra-community VAT using your valid VAT number.

Isn't shipping from Spain more expensive than a local supplier? +

Transport is a genuine cost on cardboard, which is bulky and light. What offsets it: we are the manufacturer rather than a middleman, and we deliver flat to cut transported volume. On a multi-store campaign the difference in cost structure usually absorbs the freight. On a one-off piece it is less clear-cut — and we'll tell you so.

What language do you reply in? +

We answer in English and Spanish.

Design and production

Can you design the piece, or do we need to supply a design? +

Either works. We can design structure and artwork from your brand guidelines and brief, or take an existing design and make it manufacturable — often necessary when it comes from an agency that doesn't produce.

Do you build a prototype before the production run? +

Yes, and we recommend it every time. The prototype is assembled and loaded with your real product at our plant: it is the only way to confirm that a structure holds and that assembly is simple.

How much weight can a cardboard piece carry? +

It depends entirely on the structure, the number of shelves and the board grade chosen — there is no universal figure. We calculate the load from your product, then verify it on a loaded prototype.

What is the minimum order quantity? +

It varies with the format and the complexity of the die-cut. Send us the product, the quantity you have in mind and the number of stores: we reply within 24 working hours with a first price or with the questions needed to firm it up.

Materials and environment

Is cardboard recyclable everywhere in Europe? +

Corrugated and compact board recycle through the existing paper and board streams. The simplest case is a mono-material pack with no plastic laminate — that is what we favour when the campaign allows it.

Can cardboard achieve a premium look? +

Yes. Deep flats of colour, clean die-cuts, controlled matt or gloss finishes: all achievable in cardboard. It is execution quality — print and folding — that makes the difference, not the choice of material.

Can a structure be reused across several campaigns? +

Often, yes, and it is the best economic call for recurring activations: a solid base kept, a graphic wrap replaced each campaign.

Your question isn't here?

Describe the product, the location you're targeting and the schedule. That is usually enough for a useful first answer.
