Why cardboard displays
The cardboard display is the most versatile tool in POS marketing. It adapts to the product format, communicates through direct printing and allows large runs without blowing the budget.
We always start from the product and the shelf: weight, turnover and in-store location determine the structure, not the other way round. A display that buckles under load, or that doesn't fit where it needs to go, is worthless however good the artwork.
We work in corrugated board, moving to the counter format when space is tight, and to a floor-standing unit when the aisle is the target.
We manufacture in Barcelona and deliver across the European Union: no customs, no duties, intra-community VAT invoicing.

From brief to shop floor
Four stages, one point of contact, a clear schedule.
Paso 01
Brief and product
We start from the product: weight, format, sales channel, units per display and campaign objective.
Paso 02
Structure and die-cut
We design the structure, calculate the loads and prepare the die-cut. You sign off on the drawings.
Paso 03
Prototype
We build a real prototype at our Barcelona plant to validate strength, assembly and print finish before the run.
Paso 04
Production and delivery
Printing, die-cutting and packing in series, then delivery across the European Union, ready to install.

Do you deliver outside Spain? +
Yes. We manufacture in Barcelona and deliver across the European Union. As these are intra-community shipments there are no customs formalities and no duties, and we invoice under intra-community VAT using your VAT number.
Can you design the display, or do we need to supply artwork? +
Either works. We can design structure and artwork from your brand guidelines and brief, or take an existing design and make it manufacturable — often necessary when the design comes from an agency that doesn't produce.
What is the minimum order quantity? +
It depends on the format and the complexity of the die-cut. Send us the product, the quantity you have in mind and the number of stores: we reply within 24 working hours with a first price or with the questions needed to firm it up.
Will cardboard hold up in store? +
Yes, provided it is sized for the real load. That is exactly what the prototype stage validates: we load the display with your product before committing to the run.
