Packaging that protects and sells
Packaging has two jobs that often pull against each other: surviving transport and creating desire on the shelf. One asks for material, the other for restraint.
We settle that on the real product: inserts drawn to shape, board thickness chosen for the actual journey, and finishes concentrated where the customer sees them. A prototype resolves those arguments better than any meeting.
Mono-material cardboard also works in your favour on the regulatory side: it recycles through the existing paper and board streams, which simplifies compliance for any brand selling into the European Union.
We manufacture in Barcelona and deliver across the European Union: no customs, no duties, intra-community VAT invoicing.

From brief to shop floor
Four stages, one point of contact, a clear schedule.
Paso 01
Brief and product
We start from the product: weight, format, sales channel, units per display and campaign objective.
Paso 02
Structure and die-cut
We design the structure, calculate the loads and prepare the die-cut. You sign off on the drawings.
Paso 03
Prototype
We build a real prototype at our Barcelona plant to validate strength, assembly and print finish before the run.
Paso 04
Production and delivery
Printing, die-cutting and packing in series, then delivery across the European Union, ready to install.

Is cardboard recyclable through European streams? +
Corrugated and compact board recycle through the existing paper and board streams. A mono-material pack, with no plastic laminate, is the simplest case to process — and the simplest to justify to a retailer.
Can you produce a prototype before the run? +
Yes, and we recommend it every time. The prototype is made at our Barcelona plant and lets you validate insert fit, strength and print finish before committing to production.
Can you work from our existing die-cut files? +
Yes. We start from your files if you have them, or draw the die-cut if you don't.
