Promotional displays for time-limited campaigns
Pieces produced fast, built fast, and designed around one specific activation.
A promotion has a start date and an end date: the display has to be ready on time and pay for itself over that window.
What it solves
On a promotion, the calendar is the constraint
On a promotional campaign, the best piece in the world arriving a week late is worth nothing. The real subject is lead time and cost per store.
So we work backwards: we start from the in-store installation date and build the schedule back to the brief. That determines what is actually feasible — and it stops us promising a structure that won't be ready.
For recurring activations, a reusable structure with a replaceable graphic wrap splits the cost across several campaigns.
We manufacture in Barcelona and deliver across the European Union: no customs, no duties, intra-community VAT invoicing.
Formats
Promotional formats
Launch displays, shelf wraps, shelf-edge signage and activations.
Launch display
A piece dedicated to a new product, with one clear message.
Shelf wrap
Highlights a range inside the existing planogram, with no new footprint.
Shelf-edge signage
Light signage that stops the shopper in front of the product.
Reusable structure
Base kept between campaigns, graphic wrap replaced each time.
Our process
From brief to shop floor
Four stages, one point of contact, a clear schedule.
Paso 01
Brief and product
We start from the product: weight, format, sales channel, units per display and campaign objective.
Paso 02
Structure and die-cut
We design the structure, calculate the loads and prepare the die-cut. You sign off on the drawings.
Paso 03
Prototype
We build a real prototype at our Barcelona plant to validate strength, assembly and print finish before the run.
Paso 04
Production and delivery
Printing, die-cutting and packing in series, then delivery across the European Union, ready to install.

FAQ
Promotional display FAQs
The questions that come up before a quote. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll answer it.
How much lead time should we allow? +
It depends on format, run size and die-cut complexity. Give us your in-store installation date: we build the schedule backwards from it and tell you honestly what is feasible.
Can the structure be reused across campaigns? +
Yes, and it is often the best economic call. We design a solid base and a replaceable graphic wrap, so the cost spreads across several activations.
Do you handle deliveries in several countries? +
Yes. We deliver across the European Union and stagger deliveries by region when the campaign starts on different dates.
