POS pricing
How much does a cardboard display cost?
There is no single price. Cost depends on size, structural complexity, run length, print process, finishes, design and logistics. What matters is matching the piece to the return you expect from the campaign.
What drives the price
The 6 factors that move the budget.
Format and structure
A counter display doesn't have the same structure as a reinforced floor unit or a shelf header. Size, number of shelves and internal reinforcement make the difference.
Run length
Quantity changes the unit cost. A short run concentrates all the development into few pieces; a long run spreads the cost of die-cut, proofing and printing.
Print process and finishes
Digital or offset, varnishes, special die-cutting, reinforcement, workshop assembly — every finish adds perceived value, and budget.
Logistics
Flat or assembled, number of destinations, palletising and delivery timed to the activation. Logistics cost can weigh as much as manufacturing.
Design
If you arrive with the design finalised, we go straight to production. If you need concepting, prototyping and art direction, that work is quoted separately.
Lead time
A campaign with room in the schedule is planned efficiently. A rush means reorganising production and usually affects the cost.
Relative range
How prices sit by type.
We don't publish rate cards, because every project has its own variables. For a reference point, this is the relative range between the main formats:
Compact, small formats, medium run
€One-off pieces, complex die-cut, guided assembly
€€Medium size, shelves, printed graphics
€€€Heavy product, complex structure, extra finishes
