Beverage displays: weight, and a lot of it

Structures calculated for heavy multipacks, with no compromise on shelf presence.

Beverages are the heaviest product on the shelf: here the structure comes before the creative.

Weight sets the rules

What it solves

Weight sets the rules

A six-pack of bottles weighs several kilos, and a beverage display often carries dozens of them. This is the sector where a sizing error shows up fastest: the piece sags within days and has to be pulled.

So we start from the load calculation, not the render. Suitable flutes, reinforcement at the bearing points, and verification on a prototype loaded to real weight — not to 70 % so it passes.

The other factor is volume: beverage promotions run in large quantities, so logistics and cost per store weigh heavily in the trade-off.

We manufacture in Barcelona and deliver across the European Union: no customs, no duties, intra-community VAT invoicing.

Formats

Beverage formats

Reinforced pallet displays, multipack units, islands and pallet wraps.

01

Reinforced pallet display

Structure calculated for high loads in large-format retail.

02

Multipack unit

Presentation by pack, with simple access and fast refill.

03

Promotional island

Visible through 360°, for high-volume seasonal activations.

04

Pallet wrap

The product pallet becomes a brand piece, with no product transfer.

Our process

From brief to shop floor

Four stages, one point of contact, a clear schedule.

Paso 01

Brief and product

We start from the product: weight, format, sales channel, units per display and campaign objective.

Paso 02

Structure and die-cut

We design the structure, calculate the loads and prepare the die-cut. You sign off on the drawings.

Paso 03

Prototype

We build a real prototype at our Barcelona plant to validate strength, assembly and print finish before the run.

Paso 04

Production and delivery

Printing, die-cutting and packing in series, then delivery across the European Union, ready to install.

FAQ

Beverage display FAQs

The questions that come up before a quote. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll answer it.

Can cardboard carry multipacks of bottles? +

Yes, with suitable flutes and reinforcement at the bearing points. The question isn't whether cardboard holds, but at what weight and for how long — and that is verified on a prototype loaded to real weight.

Should we move to metal or wood for very heavy loads? +

Sometimes, yes, particularly for permanent displays meant to stay for months. We will tell you straight rather than forcing a cardboard solution that won't hold.

How do you control cost on high-volume promotions? +

By working the footprint and the packing to cut transported volume, and by standardising structures between activations where the range allows it.
